"The roughneck course is a 14 day course that gives you training on what your responsibilities will be on a rig. The instructors were very knowledgeable on rig operations. The hands-on training made it possible for me to acquire the skills and terminology necessary to succeed. With the instructors you will learn firsthand that safety, procedures and a lot of muscle should get you by.
You will also receive accreditations for other courses, i.e. First Aid, Air Brakes, H2S Alive. These will definitely look great on your resume.
